Total Communications came about as a result of the expansion of the parent company Total Telephone Management which was formed in the early part of 1989 and specialized in the full range of telephone management products. Owing to a successful and active 6 years TTM. became market leaders in this
field and established an experienced and sound branch network.

Through the years it became obvious that due to technological advances, Telkom deregulation and the increase in communication suppliers, a greater dilemma was posed to businesses when seeking advise concerning telecommunication and it’s products. As a result Total Communication was formed in 1995 
and specialized in the full range of telecommunication products, and consulted in this area.

The full spectrum consists of: PABX systems; Auto attendant; Voice mail; Telephone management; Video conferencing; Public address; Lease cost routing; Voice logging; Call sequencing together with PABX networking. Our long term goals are to stay abreast with all aspects of the telecommunications
industry and offer the customer service levels that most people dream about.
